The South West was the first stop on HXR’s Climate and Public Health UK banner tour. DARTMOOR

On Tuesday 2nd September local health and climate activists gathered on Dartmoor to fly the banners from the dramatic granite rocks of Hound Tor. This was the final stop in the South West. Look out for the banners next in the North West of England!

CORNWALL

On Wednesday 6th August, health professionals and community members hung the banners in front of the historic, ancient, tidal island St Michael’s Mount, in the far South West of Cornwall

PLYMOUTH

On Saturday 2nd August, HXR members along with members of the local community and climate groups, displayed the banners on Plymouth Hoe in front of Smeaton’s Tower, the former Eddystone Rock lighthouse, with its dramatic views of Plymouth Sound.
