25th Sept 2023: Health professionals across UK protest to Defend our Juries.

Health workers in London, Hove, Manchester, Derby, Truro, Bristol, Exeter and Gloucester joined other groups to sit outside crown courts this morning in solidarity with #TrudiWarner and the DefendOurJuries campaign. Earlier this year Trudy Warner, a retired social worker held up a sign outside Inner London crown court earlier this year spelling out the right of a jury to acquit a defendant according to their consciences. She now faces a possible jail sentence. Our members today were protesting to protect our consitutional safeguards and the independence of juries
